Stalybridge Celtic Blues – PAN-disability teams
Judi Kelly was out in the community with the Stalybridge Celtic PAN-disability teams. Here is a little about her day there.
On Saturday 3rd August I met up with some of the Stalybridge Celtic Blues team at Stalybridge Celtic grounds, had a photo session (not my greatest look!) but the team members were great to talk to and they were so excited about the new season starting.
We then got to stay for the friendly match with the first team v Marine FC – well it was a interesting experience. We were pitch side and next to the coaches, they were certainly very vocal! Stalybridge Celtic won 2-1 so it was a good result. Too many long balls for my liking but it was entertaining.
Looking forward to seeing the PAN-Disability teams, their half time practice on the pitch looks promising.
