A reminder that UV effects bulk bags.

With the extreme hot and sunny weather that we are having at the moment, we thought that we should remind you that this could affect the performance of your bulk bags if stored outside.

There is UV protection in all quality bags, but even with this, in some cases this could begin to breakdown if they are stored in direct sunlight. In severe cases, this could even breakdown the integrity of the bag to the point whereby they become unsuitable to lift.

If you are keeping bags outside for any length of time, please read the safe handling label on the bag and ideally shelter them with a suitable cover such as a tarpaulin, to ensure the integrity of the bag.
