These looms are amazing and our bags start their life here!
Our business focuses on the quality of our customer service and our product. Price is important but we feel getting the right customer service and product quality right first, price will come secondary to this.
With this as our core focus we work with one of the few fully integrated factories in India – Flexituff. They extrude and convert the polypropylene tapes ‘in-house’ and these tapes (thread) feed into their looms.
Flexituff have 51 sulzer looms and produce 12.5mts of fabric per hour on each of their looms. This is an amazing process especially when you consider the looms use up to 3307 bobbins to create the woven fabric.
